I am injured right now, lol. We've been to the gym early as 4:00 in the afternoon and now I am laying in my stomach my waist or lower back is killing me, I can't bend. I wish I can lay on my back but I can't because right at this moment I am busy on my online activities. Huhuhu, I have feel this ache since last Tuesday but it feel worst after gym.
I did not do a lot of things today I just cooked my all time favorite Chicken Kimchi Stew for lunch and guess what a surprised makes me jump for joy. I will tell you more about it on my travel blog after I received the evidence I mean proof. Lol, all I can say is this is what I love in flying and traveling.
