Busy Tuesday

I am not so feeling well today, last night my dinner consist of fried chicken and sauce made by me. After few minutes I feel my head aching, I thought it is just the heat because when I cooked I just came from the shower. So I just continue browsing the internet while eating some chocolates even it really disturbs me.

Few more minutes I throw up all the the food I have eaten and there I feel a little relieved, my headache is a little better but I feel so tired and sleepy. I just sleep 5-6 hours the previous night.

I guess I have a food poisoning, if I forgot to say the chicken I have cooked is one day expired (lol). It is a waste to throw the whole chicken eh, my husband will be mad at me and for sure no more bag of chicken on the next day and months. Anyway my husband didn't believed eating sugar, lol.

I woke up today at twelve o'clock in the afternoon, harvest my crops and browse the internet for few hours then eat my breakfast what I mean drink my breakfast, milk and banana shake. While shaking I am cooking a viand for my lunch, nilaga.

As of 5:29 PM did not eat anything yet, I have cleaned the fridge and the bathroom after cooking. I am taking a break to clean the whole apartment, haist I guess I need to eat right now.

Being a wife is a busy job

I have been so busy these past few days. A week ago we went to a South East Asian grocery store nearby, my husband find it online. So we tried to look for it and we found it near the bus terminal.  There's a lot of Western guys at the front of the store, they are somehow drinking and having conversations.  When we got inside a familiar smell welcomed me, I am not going to tell what is it. Be tired of guessing, lol. So I look for something familiar, they have noodles but it came from Indonesia I am looking for Lucky Me or Maggi but they never had any so I picked few packs and grab two pieces of sinigang mix from Philippines of course, they also have knorr cubes but it came from Thailand so I grab a few too. My husband love nilaga so much since I cooked it, he keep asking me too cook it for him so I thought he would love sinigang too. Anyway here are stuffs we bought at the grocery store. We have a can of coconut milk, my husband fascinated when I told him I can cook chicken curry or ginatang manok.

And here's the ginatang manok (chicken cooked in coconut milk), as you can see it is just chicken. Papaya or spinach, malunggay leaves is nowhere to be find here. So I just cooked the chicken itself, the result he likes it too.

Anyway what makes my life busy these past few days? Cooking makes me busy, from adobo to nilaga to sinigang and to ginata. Haist being a wife is so tiring sometimes, how much more being a mommy?

No return, no exchange!

Finally I can now charge my battery, it's been a long time since they were drained.  We went to E-mart last Wednesday to buy some stuffs including the battery.  As usual looking for a taxi was really hard, just too lucky it was not raining like the first time we shopped.

When we arrived home my hubby found out that the charger is for Korea use only it is not a world wide voltage which means we can't used it to other country. He told me I have to return to the shopping mall to refund it if we found a world wide voltage near us. So we went to the store where we first seen a battery charger, so unlucky that it was already sold out.  I have suggested to go to Kim's Club Mart to check if they had a battery, I am too unlucky that they had. Hubby bought it including the two pair of batteries, here comes my dilemna.

Your wild guess is as right as mine, he asked me to return the battery charger in E-mart. I am typed of person, who has a reason in everything. Like telling him "No return, no exchange" policy,  my husband get pissed off of me.  Well usually that's the policy in Philippines and I hesitated to return it because the battery has no damaged eh, the only reason is we don't need it.
So he did not talk to me, until Thursday after class he came home and went directly to the place where the battery was placed. He hand it to me with the receipt and piece of paper with a Korean writing sticked to it , his school teacher write the words I am going to say to refund it.  So I went to e-mart by taxi, I did not attend the gym.  The taxi driver is too kind to talk with me, all of my answer is smile and a little laugh because I can't understand what he is saying. All I understand is asking me if I am a Filipino which I replied yes.

Arriving at the shopping mall, I look for information booth as what my bad mood hubby says. Well I found a booth, thinking if it is or not I walk to the right and right there I found what I am looking for, REFUND.  I handed the battery and the receipt to cut it short it was refunded.

With the reason I am already there, I loiter inside and look for something cheaper. When I came home I took a taxi again, handling them a piece of paper written with our address. And like the first one, the taxi driver spoke to me. Asking me if I am an English teacher, I replied it is my husband and not me. To make it short we don't understand each other, I just showed him my ARC. But he still don't understand it, so he asked me if I am from Canada after looking at my ARC, I just replied yes so there's no more further explanation because it will still end on nothing. We are not going to understand each other no matter what I say and he say. I am just astonished because most of the time  the drivers don't talk when I am with my hubby.

My hubby scolded, not really scolded me like a child but just tell me that as if I know everything when I reasoned out. Okay, his right shopping mall in Western country do refund.

The big red lantern

Today is Tuesday, and its the day for redness. Love and not war, ruby and not stones. So here's my entry for today, a big red lantern hanging at the front of Dongyue Temple, Beijing China. We went here on our first day, we just walked my husband says it is just three kilometers from our hotel not included if we are going to be lost. In God's grace we found the temple and we are not lost but we took the longer route, we crossed a lot of intersection. We found it our when we took a taxi after visiting the temple, so much fun under the sun.

What's new?

What's new about me? Aside from having a new hair-cut I think there's nothing more, actually my new hair-cut was  two weeks ago or more. Oh yeah I visited a doctor for scaling and that's another story.  I am sorry dear readers if I became in-active in blogging here, it started since we arrived from vacation. Not just because I am addicted playing on frontierville but because I lost my battery charger on North Korea since then my blogging life became dull.  I can't use my digital cam without charging my battery, so I can't take photo to blog or share something about what's happening on my life.  Why not buy a new one? I know you are asking me about that, well I am just waiting for my hubby doves to buy me a new one. I think he really postpones buying me a battery charger because he is already tired seeing me taking photo of everything like food, sky, flowers and anything that catches my attention.

Hopefully he could buy a new one for me this week as what he told me last night. So I need to be a good girl, no more whining and childish act for the sake of my battery charger. Lol!

Just want to say sorry to some people who leave comments on my blog and likewise send message to my mailbox, sorry for not attending to them. In my eight email address, I only open two of them everyday, the other six just occasionally. Like every one or two months, another Lol again.
