Eating Jajangmyun in Chinese Restaurant

Last night hubby reminded me we need to shop for our daily goods, I am the type of person who don't want to get out the house without bathing first. So I have told him to let me shower first, to cut it short while I am wearing my flat sandals and looking for some shopping bags to carry  it is not free in the supermarket but he told not to carry anymore we're just going to get it there after going to the bank. He also added he is thinking to dine outside, it seems my ears flapping. So I said that means I need to be beautiful (laughing).  Hubby said "I said I am thinking" to kill my excitement. Anyway I am not very extravagant or fashionable , I just wear a lip gloss that makes me beautiful. Hehehe

So we walked to the bank, which is a bit far because the branch near us is under renovation. After it, we walk along the street looking for a good restaurant. We've seen a Chinese restaurant but again kind of hesitated to get inside because of language barrier. So we decided to walk and look for another one. Then hubby is eying for a specific restaurant he said he saw it when arrived here from Seoul last weekend. I don't have an idea what he is talking about, He said he saw some sushi there, we end up near the Kim's Mart without finding the restaurant he wants. I have told him to walk back the bus station which he beg to disagree, I am having a hint that the restaurant he is looking is just there. I won by walking ahead of him, and guess what the restaurant he is looking was really there.

We didn't end up having dinner there but instead to the Chinese restaurant we first found. Hubby was at ease when he saw the menu with an English translation, he told me black noodles ( Jajangmyun)is good which he first tasted last Friday when he had lunch with his old students. I am quite hesitated to have it because it might taste bitter because its black. (lol). I told him before we get inside I want rice, so when he asked me what I want I told him just like his order which is the black noodles.

But after a while he asked me if I don't want a rice with chicken, thinking that he is going to order two dish for me I said yes I like it. To my dismay, he ordered one black noodles, one  fried rice with chicken, sweet and sour pork and the fried dumplings. Just one? That's what I asked him when the server left after taking our order? He replied back that he thought I don't like black noodles and what am I expecting two dish for me? Well that's what I thought! Anyway the meal is awesome, I am just thankful that the fried rice tasted good so I did not have a tantrums for not having  a black noodles. Hubby was too kind to let me taste the black noodles anyway, which I enjoyed and keep asking for more (lol).

Black noodles or Jajangmyun is cooked with black bean paste. After dinner we shopped goodies..

Eating Japanese Food

It was hubby's birthday last Thursday but we are not able to celebrate it by means of dining into a fine restaurant because his on diet during weekdays, and we are also attending gym until nine in the evening. Yesterday we celebrate his birthday by eating in a Japanese restaurant we both ordered a rice with mixed vegetables and raw fish, grilled fish and broiled eel. The owner was too kind to serve to pieces of sushi for us, free of charge.

The meal was so terrific, we both enjoyed it. Especially the raw fish dipping it into the wasabe ice cream with soy sauce, yummy!
Our stomach has still a space for dessert so we bought two box of donut to bring home.

Joven - mother cat

Hi everyone, its Friday  and lets be fluffy today. This is Snipey once again, as what I have said the other day, I am going to introduced my family. I am going to start with my Mom, her name is Joven (boy's name again). She looks great with a yellow, white and black hair and big shiny eyes. I already miss her...
This is her favorite place in top of the DVD's, when sometimes  some of them fell down the floor.

She loves to close her eyes, like a sleepy cat.

She loves us so much.
And who are these two (below), they are my younger siblings. The orange one was given to Ryanne's cousin, maybe because we are too many in the house. She is Jan Di, the tiger one was Jun Pyo.
Like what I have said on the start I missed Mom so much because I can't see her anymore, she already left us and went to somewhere I don't know. Just one day we found Jun Pyo dead on the box, my little baby brother and after few days our Mom died. She shiver and then goodbye, it looks like she was poisoned eating something. It feels sad, I silently cried...

See you again on Friday!

Picture paints a thousand words...

That's right, this is one of the lovely photo my sister had send me, I think it was Nanay who took this.

This is my 2nd entry for Skywatch Friday

Yhanne with her colorful pencils

The Ugly me. Yap, this is me when I was 13 years of age. My very first photo shot in a photo shop/centre except for school ID's, it is my mother who brought me here after school, the shop is just near the school gate and it happened that Nanay knows the camera man so she was intrigued to push me inside to have this photo.

Do you see any difference in the photo? Well I know you don't, the only things that make the photo different fro my new photos is my SMILE, as you can see there's no smile on my lips. All of my photo when I am in grade school to high school looks like that, I never smile on my photo before.

I am a lonely little girl who lives on my own world, the four walls of my room. No playmates, nobody likes me. Everybody hates bullied me, if I am going to forget something that is my childhood in Odiongan. Just want to share my  MY AUTOBIORAPHY I did not change it anymore i first write my autobiography when I was in high school and re-written it when I was in college.

The deaf silence around the delivery room of TARLAC PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL was broke when a cute baby girl was born at exactly 5:20 in the morning, 17th of October, twenty years ago. The baby is few days earlier than the expected birth of November. As the first born in the family the baby became the strength and happiness of her parents, her father and her mother.

As the baby grows she already catches attention from the people surrounds her, everybody loves her as everybody admires her cuteness including those foreigners who get acquainted with her in her early years. There’s an instance that a father unselfishly offered his own child in return of the cute baby girl but her parents delightfully refused the offer. They lovingly treasured the cute baby girl and been baptized on April 05, 19878 at St. Vincent Catholic Church, Tarlac City. At eight months old YHANNE to her parents got her first step and in few months she has her first word “Mama! Papa! At age two and a month she already know how to translate animal names into English language, and at age three and a months the life of her parents became gray and dull when she was accidentally hitted and pinched by a running tricycle, she was hurriedly rushed to a private hospital without thinking of the bills because it is a matter of life and death. She got a lot of bruises on her back and a wound on her thigh but he most affected part was her head, softness occurred. It was a miracle that YHANNE had over come all of it. She attended her first school at MATATALAIB BUNO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL as preparatory level, she enjoyed to draw anything into her pad of paper and without any hint of her tomorrow’s, YHANNE on her early age started to collect different color of pencils in green, yellow, blue and red.
When she reached her six years of age she blow her last birthday cake after the changes on there life happened the time when her father told her to drop “Papa” and change it to Tatay as “Mama” to Nanay. She attended her first intermediate days at DAMASO BRIONES ELEMENATARY SCHOOL and after a week she was transferred to CARANGIAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL and then suddenly her parents decided to move out into her father’s hometown. A typical province far from civilization YHANNE first conclusion after her feet landed in the land where she finally enrolled her grade one in the late month of June at ODINGAN SOUTH CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL where she finished her elementary level constantly in section one. As an alien to everybody on her first year of stay in the locality she became the center of attraction in terms of funniest jokes, the unforgettable moment of her childhood years, the tears she cried. At the age of fourteen the destiny permits her to use her colorful pencils when she had written her first mushy poem. She graduated her high school at ROMBLON STATE COLLEGE the most popular college in the province. Her high school days were the happiest moment she had on her younger years.

And now at twenty RYANNE or simply YHANNE to my family meanwhile HERZ to my friends I am now a fourth year college student taking up BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY here at ROMBLON STATE COLLEGE, my Alma Mater. I am still proud that I was raised from a poor family and been blessed by a scholarship grant (STATE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM) in order to continue my studies. I am a homebody type of person sometimes I’m nice and sometimes I’m naughty but it depends upon the people that surrounds me. I am a piece of hard headed what I think I’ll do it but I make sure it wouldn’t harm others. I’m moody and I hate interruptions, I am a little bit shy and childish but I’m sweet fun loving friend to everybody. I love music I can’t live with outit around me and I do believe that music can touch one’s life. I enjoyed reading and watching movies and I also love writing simple poems, essays and sometimes short stories and scripts through my writings you will deeply know me, my sensitivity!I have a lot of dreams and at the age of twenty-six I’m hoping that all will be materialized and I do believe that all the things we are trying to struggle is our destiny!!!

Just being emotional ...

Forever In Blue JeansPhilippines is well known in celebrating fiesta, there's town fiesta, barangay fiesta and so on..when our barangay (the smallest unit of government) celebrates fiesta there's always an awards night or  beauty pageant. Awards night for the basketball or volleyball tournament, a program like this will not be complete if there is no open disco for everybody.

Mostly I went there with my family just to watch the first part of the program and little part of  the second part it which is the disco part. We're just contented standing in the corner together with the other people who can't afford to buy a table like this. Usually table cost P300 - P1,000 ($6-$20), the higher the price the more food in top of the table like chicken lechon (roasted chicken), beers, softdrinks and finger foods. Lechon is always part of a fiesta celebration.

The benefits on being on a table is you have a good view with the stage, you're relax sitting in a chair and you have food to eat.

I am not after the table , as we always jokingly said "We are just going to bring our own table from home" then laughed. The only thing that matter is when you saw your other relatives sitting on a table and never care to talk to you or a simple invite to sit with them even it is not true to their hearts (plastic invitation) well you know you are not going to accept it, who the heck will sit in table with her home clothes and slippers?  The thoughts always count eh. They don't know you in that particular of time, anyway they always don't know you so what else to expect from them.

Things had change when I become what I am now, they know who are me and I now exist on their senses. Our house now exist on our place because now they can always see us if there's a special gathering to attend too that we always don't know. C 'est lavie!
This photo is a bit of memorable (lol) because this is the second time I was not a by-stander anymore and this is the first time we bought a table, some of my cousins contribute so they can sit. Others just sit and buy their own chair which you can't do to them if they own the table, anyway I we invited them so no harm.

The people on the photo (L-R) Me, April (My father's cousin on vacation in our barangay, they said we have to call her Aunt, I am older to her, she is just 18 yrs. of age), then some guys cousins.
